I like this multi cooker, been using it 4-5 times a week for 2 mths. I bought it as a replacement for a faulty (recall product) pressure cooker (which i used weekly 4-5 times a week) BUT i never ever burnt myself with the older supposedly dangerous cooker. Tonight i wanted to depressurise and get some stew out to cool for my young kids and managed to release the lid and got a steam burn ALL up my forearm. This pressure cooker is more dangerous than the one i got a recall notice on. The seal is weak. I'm not leaving a bad review because it was mostly my own fault- but it should be fool proof. I'm an experienced pressure cooker user and it shouldn't be openable until the pressure is gone.

I bought this two years ago and have been using it several times a week ever since. It has performed wonderfully. However, my non stick bowl has started peeling and im trying to replace it with a stainless steel one. I cant seem to locate one. Please let me know where i can find one. Also another thing im not a big fan of is that the timer does not go beyond an hour. It would be great if it had more time like some other machines i have seen. Other than that im happy with my purchase.

We bought the Express Chef one Month ago and have used it at least once a week and sometimes twice. It has delivered on what the product manual states. We have found the instructions and the Express chef very easy to understand and use. Every time we have used it including delayed start function the meals from the Express Chef have been perfect. We wished we had purchased the Express Chef Years ago and have recommended it to friends & Family. My Wife and I highly recommend the express Chef for fast and convenient cooking with easy cleanup of the unit when cooking has finished. Ideal in a busy lifestyle with a great outcomes. AAAAAA
