I love slow and pressure cooking!
I've had my mashine for a couple of years and I've been able to do lots of delicious cooking. I am now trying to make Mulled Red wine in it and I'm struggling as the `slow cooker' function is bringing it to the boil. What temperature is the `slow cooker' function set at? I've dropped down to `keep warm' which is 60-80 degrees so it should work.
