Could not easily eject the blades from the mixer. Ended up having to pull the blades out.

I bought a RH Desire Matte Black hand mixer and I love it because it is light and the end of the beaters are thinner compared to other brands. This means that, not only does it do a great job of mixing, there's also less batter sticking to the blades when the job is done. Great equipment!

The design is great and easy to clean, not noisy and does not take up so much space in the pantry. However, my only problem is that some recipes I have requires a low speed mixing. The lowest speed for the mixing is too fast and it makes the cake too dense instead of moist. This feature needs to be improved because it really ruins the whole baking process.
