After my old Russell Hobbs died after 20 years I was looking for a kettle that had no plastics and one with a water level so I wasn't boiling water I didn't need. If I'm to believe this kettle has no BPA plastic then I'm happy with it. I use filtered water, I find it's quick enough for me, it's not heavy and I have no trouble seeing the water level. For a reasonable price I recommend this product however time will tell how long it lasts.

I'm very happy with this purchase. It's a stylish kettle which looks like good quality, performs well and is easy to use at an excellent price.

We have had our Russell Hobbs kettle for well over 6 years, it has not missed a beat since we have had it. If later on, a lot later on, a RH kettle would still be our fist choice.
