    Very poorly designed air fryer
    ~ There is no temperature control on the air fryer setting, and it doesn't tell you what it is (somewhere between 200-230 degrees from what I've found on Google). ~ The lower elements are exposed, so you need to have a tray both under them and above them, which greatly reduces the usable space and places food closer to the upper elements, which risks burning. I couldn't even fit a garlic bread on a tray above the tray of chicken tenders - not practical for even a small family. ~ Having the timer on makes a ticking noise, like the old egg timers used to - very irritating to listen to, so I've been setting it to "Stay On" and using an alarm on my phone instead.

    Smart packaging doesn't match item or instructions
    The machine looks great and the box is an advertising masterpiece, but nowhere on the box does it mention it's really made for heating frozen items. This would make the purchasing process more informed if you knew it was made for a task you didn't need. 10 frozen options and only 3 fresh. Poor performance with fresh foods, centre is never cooked without burning. Sad sad sad.

    Good Afternoon, Thank you for this product question there would have been a small amount of fat that may have splattered onto the element and when grilling toast you have burnt off the fat on the element which will cause this to smoke, next time move the meat further down away from the element and increase your cooking time.
