A brilliant customer experience
I wanted to write and provide some feedback in regards to the service I received from Appliances online - and in particular 2 specific individuals.Over the heatwave of last week I was in a hurry to obtain an air-conditioning unit for my apartment. AS a previous customer who has had very good experiences in the past I decided to phone appliances online for this. I spoke to Andrew Paskalis who went out of his way to procure me an air conditioning unit immediately and also provide me with the ‘best deal’. Unfortunately as the order was about to be placed the supplier ran out, meaning I was not able to get the unit until 5 days later. Andrew was extremely apologetic about this and offered to quote me on the model instead so that I was able to purchase in store. However within one day, he had managed to contact the supplier and track me down a unit, and organise for it to be delivered. Anne, Elizabeth Bay, NSW
Delivery guys live up to their promise
I purchased a Washing Machine from Appliances Online on Wednesday and selected next day for delivery. I called to check on the Thursday what time delivery would be and was told between midday and 2 pm but I would be called before delivery. I was called about 11.45am and told they should be at my house between 13.30 and 14.00. Not only did the delivery guys live up to their promise but they were pleasant, intelligent and installed my machine efficiently, plus took the oldone away. I am thinking of using this on our patio as a sink with cabinet, it will be outdoor but under cover. Is this tub suitable for outdoor use ? Pandandoc · 2022-05-12
Good Afternoon, Thank you for this product question, these laundry products were never designed to be installed and used outside of the property even though it will be undercover it is still outside the property. This does not stop you from placing and using where ever the only issue is if you were wanting some sort of warranty claim this would not be possible due to the location of the tub being outside.
