Yes, this tub is more expensive than the Bunnings alternative. But only by about $80. For that you get a flick mixer including flexible connection hoses, a tub overflow already plumbed in, washing machine waste already plumbed in, two washing machine input shut off, quarter turn taps built in, adjustable feet and free delivery. The flick mixer alone is probably over $100 retail. Value for Money! My first two tubs arrived damaged, but they were replaced within days after some photos and discussion with the claims staff. Thank you Vedika. My only comment would be to inspect the tub before the delivery driver leaves. If it’s damaged, it goes straight back on the same truck. Less stress that way.

I bought this well designed ( in NZ) laundry tub to replace my old Supertub which I had bought some 30 odd years ago. The old model was great; it meant no ugly taps or hoses snaking around the walls, but the new model was even better. The single door has been replaced by 2 huge drawers which hold a mountain of stuff. All taps and hoses are hidden within the cabinet. After installation I think that I embarrassed some visitors by insisting that they admire my Supertub. Why can we not make a tub this good in Australia? As to price, it was $200 cheaper than Bunnings. Delivery was free and they took away all packaging. The lady who delivered this was so obliging and helpful I was speechless.
