    I bought 2 8 years ago. Both do a fantastic job but no options to repair and at over $200 I expect better quality

    purchased to duplicate original temp controller for added convenience. excellent quality controller, works very well and offers additional location for convenience. We have been using Rinnai gas hot water and space heaters for more than three decades. very high quality product which have given reliable and faultless service in all residences we have owned and occupied. the controller is a genuine Rinnai and operates as efficiently as does the original controller and would be expected for a genuine Rinnai product I would unreservedly recommend this controller to all enquirers, and would additionally recommend Appliances Online, though we hesitated to spend the money initially, Appliances online offered the best price available and facilitated prompt delivery. excellent product and service....highly recommended !

    Good Morning, Thankyou this question the website is correct pricing for this item and on sale however I take you already have the wireless starter installed outside attached to your hot water system when you buy the starter kit you would have received the remote sensor and one remote control making up the starter kit, I'll attach the model starter kit for you to check without the starter kit the remotes by themselves will not work.
