Going the extra mile to solve my problem
Appliances Online have been in constant contact with me to rectify the problem I have had.
Georgia in customer service is a real credit to the compalny and
quickly agreed to send me an LPG Mainifold to replace the Natural Gas
one.
It arrived within a couple of days and is being fitted on Wednesday by the plumber.
If only all customer service was as good as that of Georgia and her team, I would be a very happy man.
Well done Georgia and thank you once again for going the extra mile to solve my problem.
I have bought appliances before from Appliancesonline and never had
any problems, but it is at times when you do that you really find out
whether you are dealing with a professional company or one just
interested in moving boxes.
If all staff are as thorough and professional as Georgia, I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Great Service!!!

Polite, friendly, helpful and hardworking
We would like to commend Adam and Steve, the delivery men who delivered
our new fridge and took away our old fridge today. They were so polite,
friendly, helpful and hardworking - we were very impressed with them and

Very impressed with the delivery and installation staff
I was very impressed with the service and delivery from appliances on
line when I ordered a small item first. Due to this, I again ordered
from Appliances on-line and bought the washing machine. Unfortunately
the machine was found to be faulty upon installation on the Friday. The
unit was removed and replaced with a good working one on the Monday.
It was disappointing but I must add that the gentleman delivering and
handling the installation on the Friday was superb in his customer
service and arranging a new delivery. The delivery on Monday took place
timeously and the unit was installed successfully. Again another
delivery and installation person and I was again impressed with his
customer service, installation and detailed instruction on the use of
the machine. Very impressed with the delivery and installation staff
employed by Appliances on-line. Thank you for making a challenging
