Going the extra mile to solve my problem
Appliances Online have been in constant contact with me to rectify the problem I have had. Georgia in customer service is a real credit to the compalny and quickly agreed to send me an LPG Mainifold to replace the Natural Gas one. It arrived within a couple of days and is being fitted on Wednesday by the plumber. If only all customer service was as good as that of Georgia and her team, I would be a very happy man. Well done Georgia and thank you once again for going the extra mile to solve my problem. I have bought appliances before from Appliancesonline and never had any problems, but it is at times when you do that you really find out whether you are dealing with a professional company or one just interested in moving boxes. Hello, I ordered a washing machine yesterday afternoon, and received it today at 11am. This is the first time I have purchased through you, and can not recommend you highly enough. I have never received such service from any other company like yours. The gentleman who delivered my goods was much a credit to your company. From start to finish, it was the perfect transaction I didn't think was possible. I lot of companies offer next day service, but don't deliver.
