Thank you, thank you & thank you. We just purchased an Electrolux fridge from appliancesonline.com.au and we so glad that we did. My wife Naome & I were able to read & discuss the product info, make our decision on which fridge to purchase in the comfort of our home. This was done 'without' driving around to individual retailers, finding parking spots plus we didn't have to listen to a half informed sales pitch. Plus the delivery fee was pittance, to what we have paid for previously from 'local' retailers. The delivery guys called the day prior & gave us a time window, when they arrived they were 10 minutes ahead of time, plus they unpacked, set up and removed all packaging materials. Please pass on to The Boss Hi Guys, I have bought many things from the Internet BUT I must say that in spite of ordering on a day when the computers were playing up I have nothing but praise for all the people I have had contact with. In every case when I was told I would get a call to tell me what was going on I got one! this is not as common as we would hope! everyone was friendly and polite, again not as common as we would hope. The guy who delivered the item was very good and like everyone else friendly and polite. You have a great team working for you, keep it up and pass this on to all of them please.
