Just started using this heater. I love that it is completely silent when heating (does have a beeping tune when you turn it on and off though). It is also really light and easy to move around. It is long and thin and relatively low to the ground, so you have to bend right down to adjust the settings. Takes a little while to warm up, and I think my heavy old oil column heater heated up my living room a bit better. The castors stick out a bit so could be a trip hazard for kids.

Never written a bad review on anything but dont buy this product. The heating is slow and the functions are terrible with constant annoying alarms when it reaches temperature. The manual to describe any alarms or functions is rubbish with no explanations on anything really. I am a practical mr fix it type person and this product sucks. I purchased it thinking i was buying a credible brand but is is not!. Not worth the money at all.

I purchased two heaters, one of the two has issues with the alarms going off after an hour or two if being turned on but nothing showed on the screen. After contacting rennai and appliances online then having to follow up this call the heater was replaced. The replacement heater is just as terrible with it making constant banging noises every few minutes making it unusable over night as it keeps us awake- it’s loud enough we can hear it three rooms away and sounds like someone is breaking into our house! Needless to say we are not overly impressed with this product and wouldn’t recommend the heater. The second heater we originally purchased hasn’t had as many issues but on the occasion the alarms do start going off throughout the night with the screen going blank.
