Georgia in customer service is a real credit to the compalny and quickly agreed to send me an LPG Mainifold to replace the Natural Gas one. It arrived within a couple of days and is being fitted on Wednesday by the plumber. If only all customer service was as good as that of Georgia and her team, I would be a very happy man. Well done Georgia and thank you once again for going the extra mile to solve my problem. I have bought appliances before from Appliancesonline and never had any problems, but it is at times when you do that you really find out whether you are dealing with a professional company or one just interested in moving boxes. If all staff are as thorough and professional as Georgia, I would not hesitate to buy from them again. I had to get online straight away to convey my thanks for a completely hassle free experience. We ordered the fridge and microwave at about 2pm yesterday and by 10.30am next day they are already at home in our kitchen! Even with the price alone Appliances Online wins out, add to that, a great range of products, a site easy to navigate, fast, cheap(free!), convenient delivery AND installation PLUS removing your old appliances and you simply can't go wrong! To top it off, the whole service was conducted with complete professionalism. We couldn't have asked for a better service, we will recommend and we WILL be back!!
