Going the extra mile to solve my problem
Appliances Online have been in constant contact with me to rectify the problem I have had.
Georgia in customer service is a real credit to the compalny and
quickly agreed to send me an LPG Mainifold to replace the Natural Gas
one.
It arrived within a couple of days and is being fitted on Wednesday by the plumber.
If only all customer service was as good as that of Georgia and her team, I would be a very happy man.
Well done Georgia and thank you once again for going the extra mile to solve my problem.
I have bought appliances before from Appliancesonline and never had
any problems, but it is at times when you do that you really find out
whether you are dealing with a professional company or one just
interested in moving boxes.
If all staff are as thorough and professional as Georgia, I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Great Service!!!

We have just got back from Holidays on the weekend so I went into the shop yesterday.They delivered it last night and we have plugged it in. It is dent free and appears to be in running order! The milk is cold ha-ha. My partner and I are most impressed with Appliances Online and your after sales service especially for your handling of matters and the lengths you have gone through. Even after your creative thinking you have still made enquiries even though the matter was outside of your hands. Of course we would recommend you to others and although you are unable to service the area in which we live if you did Appliances Online would be our first choice for point of purchase.
