Going the extra mile to solve my problem
Appliances Online have been in constant contact with me to rectify the problem I have had.
Georgia in customer service is a real credit to the compalny and
quickly agreed to send me an LPG Mainifold to replace the Natural Gas
one.
It arrived within a couple of days and is being fitted on Wednesday by the plumber.
If only all customer service was as good as that of Georgia and her team, I would be a very happy man.
Well done Georgia and thank you once again for going the extra mile to solve my problem.
I have bought appliances before from Appliancesonline and never had
any problems, but it is at times when you do that you really find out
whether you are dealing with a professional company or one just
interested in moving boxes.
If all staff are as thorough and professional as Georgia, I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Great Service!!!

I ordered the item below at 2.30pm on Wednesday, at 8.00am Thursday it was on my doorstep. Can't believe you can be that good!
The reason we bought the oven was that ours broke down and a new electronic timer from Smegg was quoted at $450.00. As it was about 12 years old my wife thought it was time to update.
So she searched the Internet to find out what was available and came upon your excellent web site. Decided on the model she wanted, told me that she could get a better price at 'The Good Guys' as she has been a constant shopper there. Not only could they not match your price but they couldn't even get close to it! And also wanted a $40.00 delivery fee.
Don't know how you do it, but I do know we will be repeat customers of yours in the future.
