Georgia in customer service is a real credit to the compalny and quickly agreed to send me an LPG Mainifold to replace the Natural Gas one. It arrived within a couple of days and is being fitted on Wednesday by the plumber. If only all customer service was as good as that of Georgia and her team, I would be a very happy man. Well done Georgia and thank you once again for going the extra mile to solve my problem. I have bought appliances before from Appliancesonline and never had any problems, but it is at times when you do that you really find out whether you are dealing with a professional company or one just interested in moving boxes. If all staff are as thorough and professional as Georgia, I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Our dryer blew up on Monday night and a friend suggested ordering online from Appliances Online as I already new the model I wanted. Contacted the customer service number at 8.00pm to confirm something before I ordered and they answered the phone, WOW. I ordered Monday night and received a phone call at 6.45am on the Wednesday stating the dryer would be delivered between 7.30 and 8.30. I was sceptical as I have never had any good experiences with delivery drivers. To my surprise the delivery driver turned up at 7.45am. Delivered the new dryer and took the old one away.
