Going the extra mile to solve my problem
Appliances Online have been in constant contact with me to rectify the problem I have had. Georgia in customer service is a real credit to the compalny and quickly agreed to send me an LPG Mainifold to replace the Natural Gas one. It arrived within a couple of days and is being fitted on Wednesday by the plumber. If only all customer service was as good as that of Georgia and her team, I would be a very happy man. Well done Georgia and thank you once again for going the extra mile to solve my problem. I have bought appliances before from Appliancesonline and never had any problems, but it is at times when you do that you really find out whether you are dealing with a professional company or one just interested in moving boxes. Just wanted to let you know the washing machine arrived safe and sound, and I am very pleased with my purchase. I would like to take this opportunity to commend your service and delivery, the delivery drivers were so courteous, pleasant, helpful with lovely manners, (which you don't often come by these days). The washing machine was installed and tested, in a matter of minutes, the young man obviously knew what he was doing!
