Excellent !! Very Happy I recently purchased a washing machine and refrigerator just before Easter, delivering date was 22nd April. I emailed to see if i could get my purchase before Easter. I was very impressed with your service as the fridge was out of stock and had to be shipped to Melbourne from Sydney. They were both delivered on Thursday before Good Friday. Its not just your service your price is very compatible and reasonable. I was very happy with your customer service and company and will be shopping in the future for further purchases Jenny , Sunbury VIC

I made the order, yesterday, confirmation came through, I got a 'lovely' early call from driver (lol) this morning, which you had already prepared me for and I knew was likely to happen, and the dishwasher was delivered when advised it would be, and now I'm washing dishes in it! Customer service is second to none
I had a phone call at 9am this morning from Les one of your delivery drivers, to say he would be delivering my Electrolux fridge/freezer between 2-4pm, and he arrives just after 1.30pm. I didnt think we'd get the fridge thru the door but he assured me it would and removed the packaging before entering my house. He plugged it in with instructions and then removed my fridge (absolutely unheard of from a retail store) What a fabulous fridge, it is whisper quiet, (my neighbour recently bought a Whirlpool and complained how noisy it was) lots of room and makes a difference from my old 30yr plus year old, that had given up the ghost. I will certanly be buying more goodies from Appliancesonline, their customer service is second to none. Thank you Lynne, Watsonia, VIC
