Excellent service from appliances online. Delivered on time and great communication re the delivery time. This is the second time I have purchased products from appliances online and I can't fault them. Matt in product support went over and above my expectations- my new tv didn't have enough ports for both my pay tv and dvd player and when I contacted the support team, Matt emailed me with advice and suggestions then went on ebay and found me the cable I needed. Try getting that service at one of the big retail stores. If you are thinking of buying an appliance and wonder if appliances online is as great as the customer reviews say- YES IT IS. To Whom It May Concern, I am just wanting to thank EVERYONE @ Apps on line, for a Fantastic Service.. My Elderly parents who are computer illeterate were wanting a deep freezer & after having driven them all over the southside and looking at about a dozen freezers, not to mention dealing with sales people who don't have a clue. I finally found "Apps On Line" And I was more than happy with everything! Pleased to say we purchased a Lemair Freezer, That was a GREAT PRICE, The Delivery MEN were GREAT, They took the freezer Up 2 Flights of stairs, then they gladly set it up & took the old one away for my parents.WE COULDEN'T BE HAPPIER WITH APPLIANCES ON LINE!!
