I found dealing with Appliances Online to be a great experience. The customer service staff were helpful and friendly, as was the delivery man. The thought of running around from store to store, dealing with a multitude of salesmen, organising delivery, trying to figure out how to get rid of my old machine was all causing me a great deal of stress. I ordered a Bosch washing machine on Wednesday 29th January and it was delivered and installed by the time I arrived home from work the next day! The driver rang me on Thursday morning to say what time he would be there, he arrived within the appointed time and installed the new machine, removed the old one and took it away with all the packaging, all at no extra cost.
