I am more than impressed
This morning, my new washing machine was to be delivered to our address in Caringbah between 9.30-11.30am. I have 2 young boys and was dreading the delivery because I thought there would be water and mess everywhere and so on... I went out this morning early and got back at about 9.40 to the guys already here (sorry about that!) They didn't mind that I was late and that the old machine wasn't disconnected (another apology...) It took them 10 minutes to take the old one out, set the new one up and be friendly to not only me but my boys. For the lack of hassle in not only purchasing the new machine but also the delivery, I am more than impressed! I will be recommending your business to as many people as I can. Having worked in customer service from the basic level up to management for most of my working life, I know customers aren't always the easiest and they rarely say thankyou or mention good service so I'd like to take this opportunity to do just that. Last season I had been chasing up a De Longhi dehumidifer through various stores in my area without success. I can’t believe how easy it was to order the one I wanted through you with such a prompt delivery, your ordering service is excellent and in future when I need something like this I will always use your service. But as well as that, I have always avoided ordering on line because I’ve never wanted to put my credit card details on the net; how superb to have this appliance I need badly in this humid atmosphere delivered promptly and without drama, but particularly that I have the opportunity to pay in cash – as well as the other possibilities you mentioned. Great service and unbeatable price
I just received my new washing machine today and wanted to thank you for such great service. Within 10 minutes the new machine was connected and ready to go, with the old one on a trolley on the way out of the house. I haven't used the machine as yet but we just upgraded from our old LG so I'm sure it'll be just as good, if not better - and with a 10 year standard warranty, I don't think we'll have many if any problems.
