Fast service, free delivery and excellent price
Fast service, free delivery and excellent price. I ordered a new Bosch dishwasher last Thursday and it was delivered on Monday. This was great because we are outside the Sydney area and delivery was included. The price was lower than the local appliance shops which didn't include delivery. The delivery guys rang early (7:30am) and arrived 10 minutes later. Its a good thing they rang, other wise we would still have been in bed. I was happy to see they didn't drive the truck up the 80m driveway, so no damage there. They wheeled the dishwasher into the kitchen and unpacked it and took the packing away. The paperwork was no problem and the guys were quick friendly and efficient. Great service. Highly recommended. Alan, Thirlmere, NSW

Using Murphy's Law, I needed a new washing machine late on Sat 29th December. So I googled to find something and placed my order with appliancesonline.com.au. I chose my delivery date as the very next business day of 2nd January, but was very sceptical. It was delivered at 8.30am on 2nd, installed and the old one taken away at no extra cost. Very impressed with the delivery and installation staff
I was very impressed with the service and delivery from appliances on line when I ordered a small item first. Due to this, I again ordered from Appliances on-line and bought the washing machine. Unfortunately the machine was found to be faulty upon installation on the Friday. The unit was removed and replaced with a good working one on the Monday. It was disappointing but I must add that the gentleman delivering and handling the installation on the Friday was superb in his customer service and arranging a new delivery. The delivery on Monday took place timeously and the unit was installed successfully. Again another delivery and installation person and I was again impressed with his customer service, installation and detailed instruction on the use of the machine.
