Very smooth process
Hi , We just received delivery of a dishwasher that we purchased online about a 2 weeks ago. The item at the time of out of stock, however i was promptly contacted and advice that there was a bit of a delay and that the item purchased would be delivered the following week. That was the first time that we purchase such a big item online and i must admit that it was a very smooth process. From the website all through to the delivery. I just wanted to let you know what a pleasure it has been dealing with your company. I knew the product I wanted, placed the order late on a Sunday night, and received confirmation of the order on Monday morning, confirming delivery date of Tuesday. At 8.25am on Tuesday morning I received a phone call advising delivery of machine between 10am and 12 Noon. At 10.10am truck arrivd, with two young men who quietly and very eficently, delivered and installed my new washing machine. They took the time and trouble to explain about what to do if I had any problems, refused our offer of a cold or hot drink, took out our old machine and left as quickly and as efficiently as they arrived, all done within 15 minutes.
