Nothing was too difficult for them
As a first time purchaser were very impressed with the efficiency, product selection, competive prices and hassle free experience. We were too busy to replace the dishwasher in our rental property when the old one failed. Our property manager suggested Appliances Online and after ordering on line one Monday afternoon, by 10am the next the purchase, delivery, installation and disposal of the old dishwasher was all done. I had personal contact via phone as well and they were more than happy to help with my enquiries and nothing was too difficult for them. Full marks to everyone including the drivers
Not often I make the effort to send some praise out, but full marks to Colin in customer service. Our new LG front loader arrived was installed and promptly decided to overfill and drop its load and flood our laundry and adjoing room. Phoned through our issue (incidently we are still waiting for LG to get back to us)and Colin fixed the problem and arranged a replacement to unit to be delivered - full marks to everyone including the drivers - prompt efficient and very courteous - keep up the good service - I will certainly sing your praises and you have my future business!!!!
