It feels like Christmas

Delivery guys live up to their promise
I purchased a Washing Machine from Appliances Online on Wednesday and selected next day for delivery. I called to check on the Thursday what time delivery would be and was told between midday and 2 pm but I would be called before delivery. I was called about 11.45am and told they should be at my house between 13.30 and 14.00. Not only did the delivery guys live up to their promise but they were pleasant, intelligent and installed my machine efficiently, plus took the oldone away. I recently purchased a Fisher Paykel clothes dryer from your company. I am still astounded at the high quality of service from all your staff. From Campell, who gave me a great price and courteous service, the emails from dispatch and to keep me up to date on my products and the customer service reps who were really great in tracking down what was causing the delay with my delivery.
