In fact I spoke to my brother in law who lives in Manly ( the person who recommended your company in the first place) and although he is many kilometers from my location in Auchenflower it was Peter and Ben who did his washing machine delivery and that when offered for them to leave it out side and that my brother in law would take it in, they insisted in taking it in and hooking it up.
