Full marks to everyone including the drivers
Not often I make the effort to send some praise out, but full marks to Colin in customer service. Our new LG front loader arrived was installed and promptly decided to overfill and drop its load and flood our laundry and adjoing room. Phoned through our issue (incidently we are still waiting for LG to get back to us)and Colin fixed the problem and arranged a replacement to unit to be delivered - full marks to everyone including the drivers - prompt efficient and very courteous - keep up the good service - I will certainly sing your praises and you have my future business!!!! Much cheaper than anywhere else I looked
We ordered a bar fridge for the office on appliances online and found the whole process very easy. Ordering was easy to do over the internet and the fridge was much cheaper than anywhere else I looked, we got free delivery and set up. The delivery was on time and the delivery man was very friendly and helped set the fridge up and took away all the rubbish with him.
