We were impressed
I was a little aprehensive about buying a washing machine on line because of reports I had read that Lemair were not noted for after sales service. I was sure I had made a mistake when the machine arrived, missing the adjusting foot. We were due to leave on a caravan holiday in just a few days so I was not optomistic when I rang Appliances on Line to ask for a replacement foot. I was pleasantly surprised by the backup service I received. The replacement part arrived in time for our machine to be installed in our caravan and was backed up with a phone call to confirm receipt. I was hunting a few days on the net checking for best prices and products along with customer service..and by far your site topped them all. I not only purchased a product that was well below normal retail price, but the delivery men were extremely courteous and efficient in their work, and the whole time taken was 48 hours from ordering online to set up in my laundry.
