Thank you very much for your wonderful modern online-outlet with old fashioned customer service. This has been the easiest white goods purchase I have ever made. Call received prior to delivery as requested, and arrived nice and early. The driver offered to discard all packaging if I wanted (which he then did happily), and removed my old machine. Love the traditional option of COD. What more could a customer want? I will definately purchase from you again as need arises, and will certainly refer your store on to others. You cant beat free delivery, free removal of old equipment, competitive pricing, ease of shopping from home (not dragging 2 kids to different stores), and delivery people whom are professional and courteous. Shopping with you online also gives the added benefit of comparing multiple outlets prices easily, plus doing product review searches before choosing a product. The whole experience was painless from ordering, payment and delivery. Delivery occurred just as was explained on the web. I was hestitant to buy such a large purchase online but reviews and blogs indicated the company was good. It took away the hassle of haggling instore with sales people and all the extra requirements - delivery, removal of old machine and connection was all included in the price and offered upfront.
