It is so rare to receive exceptional service that I had to email and let you know. I recently purchased a new washer and a dryer from appliances online after trying to find a bargain on ebay and missing out every time. Not only was I able to buy a new Bosch from you, but the helpful customer service rep gave me a good deal on my dryer also.
