I wanted to let you know that I am impressed with the customer service shown - both with prompt emailing, speed of delivery, and especially the delivery itself. It was fantastic that the delivery men (PJ and David) rang me this morning to let me know the time window, and again 15 minutes before they were due to arrive. This is rare now in industry to get this service without asking for it.
