Thank you very much for your wonderful modern online-outlet with old fashioned customer service. This has been the easiest white goods purchase I have ever made. Call received prior to delivery as requested, and arrived nice and early. The driver offered to discard all packaging if I wanted (which he then did happily), and removed my old machine. Love the traditional option of COD. What more could a customer want? I will definately purchase from you again as need arises, and will certainly refer your store on to others. You cant beat free delivery, free removal of old equipment, competitive pricing, ease of shopping from home (not dragging 2 kids to different stores), and delivery people whom are professional and courteous. Shopping with you online also gives the added benefit of comparing multiple outlets prices easily, plus doing product review searches before choosing a product. To Appliances Online. I would like to thank you for the excellent service you recently provided with my recent purchase of a refrigerator. If only all places provided the level of customer service you provide, things would be much easier for we consumers. I am pleased to say that the process outlined on your website occurred as claimed - the product was delivered the next business day after it was ordered, I was called before 10am on the day of delivery with an estimated delivery time window, and it was delivered within that window. There was a small glitch with the online ordering process in that I didn't receive a confirmation page after submitting payment, but a call to the Support phone number confirmed the order had been placed and the payment had been received. The only thing that didn't happen as specified on the website was a phone call an hour before the delivery. I would just like to thank and congratulate you all on such a great company/site and such excellent customer service. My boss required a Fisher & Paykal Rangehood to replace and existing unit in a property he has rented out. I contacted our normal "big name department store" and was told a price that was approx $55 more expensive that what your price was. I was then told by this supplier that due to no stock at Fisher & Paykel it would be 5-6 weeks for delivery. I then rang Fisher & Paykel directly who advised stock should be in by the end of next week. In the mean time, whilst on hold to various departments, I came across your website. Personally I prefer to shop online, however my boss tends to be a bit cautious. I rang your customer service team and spoke with a very friendly and helpful staff member by the name of Andrew.
