I recently purchased a washing machine from your company and wish to sincerely compliment you and your whole team on the ease and satisfaction of that process. I had just experienced the opposite - had purchased a washing machine which finally arrived 9 days later and then didn't work as it had been damaged during delivery! I found myself back at square one sourcing another new machine.
