A cheery Hello. Our washing machine went bung again so we decided to buy a new one. We checked out the local firms who we have purchased from in the past. Then I decided to check your site as our daughter has purchased off you before. I found the machine I wanted and better still I liked the price of the 8.5 LG. We phoned and arranged it with Gavin and he arranged for delivery today. Top marks to him and top marks to the two delivery guys. The delivery time was spot on and I can’t think of enough superlatives to say about them. You cant beat free delivery
Thank you very much for your wonderful modern online-outlet with old fashioned customer service. This has been the easiest white goods purchase I have ever made. Call received prior to delivery as requested, and arrived nice and early. The driver offered to discard all packaging if I wanted (which he then did happily), and removed my old machine. Love the traditional option of COD. What more could a customer want? I will definately purchase from you again as need arises, and will certainly refer your store on to others. You cant beat free delivery, free removal of old equipment, competitive pricing, ease of shopping from home (not dragging 2 kids to different stores), and delivery people whom are professional and courteous.
