I ordered my Beefeater BBQ on the 27/12/2010 and at the time I was advised that there was to be a delay (approx 3-4 weeks) on the delivery of my BBQ, which I was fine with. It was great to receive a call from appliances online between christmas and new year keeping me up to date with my back order. I then again received another call on 05/01/2011 advising me my order was being despatched already and that I should receive it in approx 3 days. It arrived exactly as indicated. GREAT SERVICE. The only issue was the carrier who delivered it to a different address than the one clearly shown on the delivery docket ! Would gladly purchase another product from Appliances online. Very smooth process
Hi , We just received delivery of a dishwasher that we purchased online about a 2 weeks ago. The item at the time of out of stock, however i was promptly contacted and advice that there was a bit of a delay and that the item purchased would be delivered the following week. That was the first time that we purchase such a big item online and i must admit that it was a very smooth process. From the website all through to the delivery. I was really impressed with the service
I was really impressed with the service and the fact that they take away the old one and install the new one is a great service. At the same time an owner of one of our rental properties ordered a dishwasher here in Brisbane and it was days later that it was installed even though it was in the same city..
