Reinforced my confidence in shopping online
I have shopped online for many years and when I received an itme ordered through Appliances Online and the product was faulty, not Appliance Online's problem, but they were immediately apologetic and organised a replacement as soon as they could possibly deliver it,and this was done without any difficulties whatsoever.It was almost like old fashioned service of the "customer is always right".I have previously bought a washing machine through Appliances Online, and again their service was exceptional.I had often wondered what would happen if there was an issue such as this, and it has reinforced my confidence in shopping online particularly with large items.I hope that all businesses have this sort of customer service, the world would be a better place. Hi Folks, I thought I would send through a compliment for the guys that delivered my fridge this morning. One guys name was Corey, didnt get the other guys name. Both guys didnt mess around, both fast and friendly, installing new fridge etc, then Corey (on his own! The other guy was finishing levelling the new fridge and hooking it up etc) lugs my old fridge back down 3 flights of stairs! Crazy stuff! Anyway .... Every time I have dealt with you guys I have been pretty impressed with your service and no mucking around professional attitude, and today was no different.
