I just had to write and let you know how impressed I am with your service, from beginning to end the experience was flawless, everything happened as promised! I got the washing machine I wanted $50.00 cheaper than the sale at D******, free delivery, free installation, free removal (as well as being advise by the lovely delivery men - Adam and Ali that the old machine would be recycled) I just did my first wash and am very very pleased! AND I am usually the very hard to please type person. Rare thing to experience these days
We purchased our washing machine through 'Appliances Online' over the phone. Although there was a mix up at first about the machine being in stock and then not in stock, the customer representative (a lady, who's name I cannot recall)kept in regular contact with me and did all she could to ensure our machine came ASAP, and it did! We were very pleased. Only two weeks later, we had a problem with the machine's seal and it seemed that the manufacturer was claiming that they were not responsible to fix the issue. Your representative, Georgia Kia made an A+ effort to help us, being understanding as well as offering a loan machine until the problem was resolved. As it turned out the machine was fixed, under warranty and seems okay for now but I felt that my gratitude to Georgia needed to be mentioned to the management and/or Directors of 'Appliances Online' .
