Hi Appliances Online, Just want to say that you guys are brilliant!! I ordered my front loader washing machine two days ago, picking my delivery day for today. I received the best, most efficient and informative service. The delivery team rang and delivered the washing machine when they said they would, and within half an hour they had it installed and ready to use, and whisked my poor old top loader away. AND your prices are the cheapest Ive found online, AND you provide free delivery! Best service, value for money and exceptionally swift. I ordered my Beefeater BBQ on the 27/12/2010 and at the time I was advised that there was to be a delay (approx 3-4 weeks) on the delivery of my BBQ, which I was fine with. It was great to receive a call from appliances online between christmas and new year keeping me up to date with my back order. I then again received another call on 05/01/2011 advising me my order was being despatched already and that I should receive it in approx 3 days. It arrived exactly as indicated. GREAT SERVICE. The only issue was the carrier who delivered it to a different address than the one clearly shown on the delivery docket ! Would gladly purchase another product from Appliances online.
