Disappointed!
After using this headset for a while, I am disappointed with its performance. Volume is way too low even on maximum setting and the microphone does a poor job of picking up your conversation even in quiet places (the other party on the line has difficulty hearing you).

I never got to try out these headphones because my smart tv does not support Bluetooth to which these headphone operate on Iam sure they would have worked very well if my smart Tv did support bluetooth however freinds do have these headphone they have used them and said they are a good buy

Amazing customer service experience
I really wanted to thank Appliances Online for an amazing customer service experience. I purchased a fridge recently to replace our current one that ceased working. On the day of delivery I woke to find the old fridge working again. Upon calling Appliances Online to advise that I did not require the old fridge to be taken away when the new fridge was being delivered (assuming it was too late to cancel) I was pleasantly surprised to receive the option to cancel the order and get a full refund. Incredible service, pleasant staff and never left waiting on the phone. I will DEFINITELY use appliances online moving forward based on top customer service and low prices.
