Love it
Always wanted one. When I got it, it was so much fun using it. From chicken to fries to onion rings. The only thing that I would have liked would have been more recipes.

Ended up being a great gift!
This sat under the tree and then in it's box for quite a while to remind my husband of 30+ years that you NEVER purchase a kitchen appliance as a Christmas gift for your wife! But I finally broke down and opened it with encouragement of my daughter and we love it. It takes up a lot of counter space for having such a little basket inside, but is used often and for so many different things! We even use it to reheat leftovers.

Hello I refer to the below message, and advise - THE EAGLE HAS LANDED....!! Many thanks for the amazing service.. NEVER EVER - have I experienced such professional communication, service, nor the satisfaction of dealing with such a VERY well organised company. You certainly have the systems in-place to ensure smooth speedy dispatch and guaranteeing client satisfaction.. A virtue which is long LOST with most retailers these days!! I only ordered this item YESTERDAY AFTERNOON and here I am AT 9:20 AM the very next MORNING with the appliance delivered to my door...by a most polite attentive courteous delivery driver!!! FANTASTIC SERVICE - AND to top it all off, I received TWO communique's earlier this morning, one as TEXT and one by a clear concise courteous phone message (as I didn't even have my mobile ON at that time of the morning..YET!!!) and next. doorbell rings and here it is - AT 9:20 AM...!!!
