Completely fell apart within a year.
Bought these headphones less than a year ago and the plastic has snapped twice rendering the headphones useless. It appears the headphone plastic is too brittle for day to day use and the product falls apart quickly. I'm very dissatisfied and am searching for a solution.

Very happy I googled 'freezer' and discovered your service....will use your company for anything else we need as time goes on...and recommend you to all. Pleasant interaction on phone and internet...good, clear website,great price, no hassle with delivery (even delivery man very helpfull), removal of old unit and packaging....so much simpler than slogging around retail outlets wasting time and being made to feel almost an inconvenience! One of the best shopping experiences I have had
The staff were helpful and courteous at all times. Calls were answered quickly, unlike many places where you have to hold on forever, and when people said they would ring back they did. And the prices were excellent. Also, the delivery people were great. We have a difficult site for access, but deliveries were on time, and without complaint.
