No charge for taking away old appliance
I purchased a 6kg Top Load Haier Twin Tub Washing Machine XPB6CS on 21 May 2011, and it was delivered 23 May 2011 No charge for taking away old appliance, and I could pay by COD. I would just like to thank and congratulate you all on such a great company/site and such excellent customer service. My boss required a Fisher & Paykal Rangehood to replace and existing unit in a property he has rented out. I contacted our normal "big name department store" and was told a price that was approx $55 more expensive that what your price was. I was then told by this supplier that due to no stock at Fisher & Paykel it would be 5-6 weeks for delivery. I then rang Fisher & Paykel directly who advised stock should be in by the end of next week. In the mean time, whilst on hold to various departments, I came across your website. Personally I prefer to shop online, however my boss tends to be a bit cautious. I rang your customer service team and spoke with a very friendly and helpful staff member by the name of Andrew. He confirmed stock was there. That was on the Friday and on Monday morning it arrived and he had this installed by Tuesday for his tenant. I am so impr Rachel, Coburg, VIC
