Very polite and professional
My new fridge was delivered today, and I just wanted to let you know that I was very impressed with the service of the delivery men. I work at a hospital so I needed to be able to know very close to the delivery time, so I could get home and back to work as quick as possible. The delivery men, contacted me as promised (which doesn't normally happen) and were very polite and professional and spot on with their timing. I was really impressed with the service and the fact that they take away the old one and install the new one is a great service. At the same time an owner of one of our rental properties ordered a dishwasher here in Brisbane and it was days later that it was installed even though it was in the same city..
