Hi! My name is Eva .I bought less than a year Philips earphones with mic. I used this product when I make phone calls and watch videos in you tube. Unfortunately after few months, the mic stopped working at all .Recently ,I am not able to watch videos .Every time I plug the earphones the video stops and the sound even come from the speakers ,not from the plugged earphones .I used 2 mobiles -Nokia-Microsoft Lumia 535 and HTCm8.
