No Bass
I love bass in music and the earphone claims to have rich bass. There is no bass and at a bass setting on the smartphone it makes a static noise. Besides the sound is not deep enough to feel the details of music.

Very Bad quality product
I bought this product in November from Flipkart and the product has stopped working exactly after 6 months when my warranty is over. Very bad of this as such an expensive headphones stops working after few months only after purchase

Full marks to everyone including the drivers
Not often I make the effort to send some praise out, but full marks to Colin in customer service. Our new LG front loader arrived was installed and promptly decided to overfill and drop its load and flood our laundry and adjoing room. Phoned through our issue (incidently we are still waiting for LG to get back to us)and Colin fixed the problem and arranged a replacement to unit to be delivered - full marks to everyone including the drivers - prompt efficient and very courteous - keep up the good service - I will certainly sing your praises and you have my future business!!!! Appliances Online were probably the most professional company I have ever dealt with. The prices were the cheapest that I could find which is the reason I went with their products. However, the contact made on the day of delivery and the impeccable service of the installation of my appliances were most impressive. Have referred to my friend and she had exactly the same experience. Appliances Online have restored my faith in the retail business and encouraged me to buy on line more often. A special mention must go to a gentleman by the name of LUKE who on several ocassions was the unlucky guy that took our phone call and guided us every inch of the way with measurements regarding our cook top and wall oven.
