Hi! My name is Eva .I bought less than a year Philips earphones with mic. I used this product when I make phone calls and watch videos in you tube. Unfortunately after few months, the mic stopped working at all .Recently ,I am not able to watch videos .Every time I plug the earphones the video stops and the sound even come from the speakers ,not from the plugged earphones .I used 2 mobiles -Nokia-Microsoft Lumia 535 and HTCm8. The Philips In-Ear Headphones have been great to me for a solid year. Crisp sound, no cutouts or drop in quality and are comfortable all the time. I have worn them for my shift for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week since I purchased them and they have not let me down until just last week when they finally, finally cut out. I have tried /several/ in ear buds and these have been top notch. I would most certainly buy another pair!

firstly it has no bass while it claims to have a rich bass,too much metallic sound which start hurting the ears soon nd if u dont turn the volume up u keep hearing the surrounding sound.Overall not a product to be purchased
