To the Appliances Online Team Thanks for a happy shopping experience. We ordered a Microwave Oven from another supplier in Melbourne three weeks ago. After numerous phone calls we were finally advised that delivery would not be for another three weeks. We cancelled the deal. Yesterday we found Appliances Online on the internet and ordered the appliance for the same price. It was delivered today as promised. Just wanted to add my feedback and thanks – I purchased a Fisher and Paykel washing machine and a Delonghi Dehumidifier - Best prices around and fantastic customer service. They gave me a call in the morning to let me know they’d be there between 1100 and 1300, they were at my door at 1105 and the guys were fantastic - super friendly and they had my machine unpacked and setup/tested in minutes – couldn’t be happier with my purchase and I definitely recommend Appliances online to anyone.
