I've only had this for six months and it no longer charges up. I'm guessing the batteries are dead. Very poor quality indeed.

Wire from Plug is an issue
The plug has one of these new cables where the wire come out of the top of the plug. Because the wire is both thin and doesnt have any decent cable protector, the wire has broken up. Have only had it for 15 months. very bad design error for Philips prodect
