over 10.000 cups over 6 years...extremely good machine...its coffee grinder mechanism stopped, so we're now looking at replacements for this great little robot.

We use this in a office setting and it does very well.

This machine is incredibly simple to use and makes fantastic coffee. The only negative I can think of is the amount of water used at start up to rinse the system. Because of this I have to fill the water reservoir more often than I'd like. Otherwise this has been a fantastic purchase
