    Coffee machine is good
    Coffee machine is good and satisfactory, unfortunately I'm not happy about their service and maintenance.

    Great machine, just one problem!!
    Would get 5 stars but a design fault with the coffee dump. Had for nearly 2 years, sent for repair when door broke off the coffee dump. It has now happened a second time, don't want to be without machine for another two weeks as before, therefore no door on the dump. Would be prepared to buy a new dump with door but can't find it on the Phillips site. Model Saeco HD 8768.

    This is the best Machine I have Bought
    We bought this early 2017 and it was a demonstration model. Well we have used it continuously everyday as we love our coffee. Just a great machine we would recommend it.
