Awesome design, easy to clean, and incredible to put the flour in, add the liquid and 4 minutes later watch really perfect pasta come out the front. Makes very generous amounts, they are dry so don't stick together and are easy to cook. Cant recommend this highly enough. We eat gluten free, and have used a bean flour with success.I can't believe that I can make Asian noodles.I can't believe I can make Asian noodles MYSELF using these dyes and the Philips Pasta Maker. With the right recipes, it seems to work just fine. I'm very happy to make udon and ramen.I received this machine for Christmas. It is simple to use, quick and easy to clean. I have tried various styles of pasta and they have all been wonderful. Love it, tastes greatLegendary service
