Got this because of how this product was marketed. Had this for 2 years now. Honestly, it’s given me a lot of headaches, disconnects regularly, and difficult to reconnect. The fan temperature is as warm as the room. Does not help, unlike the conventional fan that we normally use. Doesn’t really help with air quality too. Wouldn’t recommend. Regretted spending so much for this.

Not ideal for the Elderly,as the filter is low down . It needs vacuuming regularly probably monthly. The App has been updated twice now. This causes the App to be removed altogether. Needing re installed now. . It reports your pollen count level but the date is incorrect. No option to add the Date either.

This product has been game changing. I bought it after my Dyson TP09 failed 3 times. It's quieter than the Dyson, the airflow is much more consistent and it feels better built. I can also feel a much greater difference in the air in my home than I could with the Dyson running. I am really impressed.
