App demands filter be replaced after a certain time even if it hadn’t been used. I wish I’d checked the reviews before I bought. Filters are hugely expensive and seem to be timed - my device has been switched off for several months but the app controlled machine is refusing to work as my ‘filter needs replacing’. Absolute nonsense.

Excellent filter, please keep making this! I have a 800 series air purifier that cleans my little room of the occasional cigarette and which I wish to continue to 'arm' hehe

Very disappointed as just bought this only to find there are no filters available! The other large online store that sounds like a jungle don't even know if they will ever have any. What sot of company sells expensive air purifiers and then has not even a single filter in the whole of Europe? Well in utter disgust I sent mine back. This is unacceptable Philips - why are you still selling these? Apart for the lack of spares, the purifier never even worked well - it stayed on the absolute lowest setting which is nearly off, yet my small room is covered in dust! Not a good start is is Philips - I think this is another example of over-priced products and no customer backup or spares.
