Lousy Quality Control
Just bought the Iron GC9682 and came with an ironing board (GC240/25). First time iron, keep hitting a "bump". After ironing 2 shirts, the ironing cloth has a small hole. Checked under the ironing cloth, found a lump of weld material that is causing the iron to hit when ironing. Surprised with such a manufacturing and quality control lapse with Philips.

Is wide enough but the colour of the cloth should not be white, especially after using those steam generator iron, white colour cloth become yellow. And I testing my new steam generator iron on this board for 3 days, there a yellow patch on it.

Very functional ironing board
I bought this ironing board 10 months ago and I love the uniqueness of all the features, which are very useful and easy to use. Best ironing board I ever had. Definitely recommend it.

NEVER EVER - have I experienced such professional communication, service, nor the satisfaction of dealing with such a VERY well organised company. You certainly have the systems in-place to ensure smooth speedy dispatch and guaranteeing client satisfaction.. A virtue which is long LOST with most retailers these days!! I only ordered this item YESTERDAY AFTERNOON and here I am AT 9:20 AM the very next MORNING with the appliance delivered to my door...by a most polite attentive courteous delivery driver!!!
